Return and exchange of food and non-food products
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, food products with normal shelf life and proper quality are not subject to exchange and return.
Food products of inadequate quality (defective, spoiled) are subject to exchange and return if the seller does not comply with the terms of sale of the goods - if the product was initially defective, and not during transportation or storage in the Carriers' warehouses.
Non-food products that have a marketable condition (have undamaged packaging and an intact appearance) are subject to exchange and return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order at the Carrier's warehouse or by courier. Pre-owned goods are not subject to exchange and return.
Returnable goods of good quality are returned by sending such goods back to our address.
The goods or parcel must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice confirming the purchase in the stores or online store European Cheese Factory.
Transportation costs are paid by the sender of the return shipment - the initiator of the return.
The money paid by the customer for the returned goods of proper or improper quality will be returned to the buyer within 1-3 business days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Carrier's warehouse to the customer's current account or card.
To get a refund, you must provide the Client's bank details (card number, full name of the holder OR bank account, full name of the holder, bank MFO, EDRPOU code) to the email address and indicate "Refund for order number" in the subject line. Refunds are made in a non-cash form.
